Jeffrey Paine, AIA brings 35 years of professional experience to the firm. His comprehensive knowledge of architectural practice coupled with his international experience as a project manager make him the touchstone of the firm’s daily and long-term operations. As Managing Partner, he leads business development, oversees budgets and contracts, and supervises the design-to-construction process. Strong ideas become stronger realities under his organizational, technical, and financial oversight. Jeff’s expertise with large-scale, budget-sensitive projects and success leading complex collaborative teams uniquely qualifies him to tailor not only the project team but also the method of project delivery to fit the unique requirements of any client or project type. He works with each design team to better understand their clients’ aspirations and maintain a standard of quality for documentation. Jeff frequently lectures graduate students in architecture, real estate development, and business about professional practice.
